Super Stars - Battery Flaring Tool SET

The Super Stars ST-E900 battery-powered flaring tool makes it easy to quickly and accurately create the correct flare. Thanks to the semi-automatic processing of the AC line, human error is easily avoided.

The ST-E900A flaring tool, in combination with the corresponding clamping jaws, is very suitable for soft copper lines, i.e. AC lines, with diameters of 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8” and 3/4”.

The clamping jaws are equipped with a fixed depth stop. This ensures you always create a perfect flare, also known as a flange. This helps prevent leaks in the cooling system.

The set comes with a battery, battery charger, and case. In addition, the machine has an LED indicator, so you can easily see if the battery has sufficient power for the next operation.

Using the ST-E900A electric flaring tool

You clamp the AC line with the correct diameter of 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8” or 3/4” into the corresponding clamping jaw. The depth stop ensures that the line is placed at the correct depth.

Then, you clamp the line together with the clamping jaw by squeezing the large silver handle. Once everything is properly in place, press the button in the middle of the silver handle. The machine will then automatically create a perfect flare connection.
